Credit Europe Bank Branch Germany (Frankfurt) is the center of operations for all retail banking activities in Western Europe. From here, the Western European Retail Banking Division serves around 180.000 clients in Germany and the Netherlands. The Division emphasizes on offering simple, straight-forward and easy to understand saving products.

Product features are based on customers’ needs and profiles. Services and activities of the Western European Retail Banking Division are supported by a multilingual customer contact center focusing on inbound call handling as well as outbound telemarketing, product development, marketing, human resources, compliance and legal and back office operations.
